Delays and Issues

Delivery Attempts

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, customers must collect the package from the nearest courier hub or request re-dispatch (processing time applies).

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:

  2. If damage is discovered after acceptance, take photos immediately
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  4. Keep all packaging materials for inspection

Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
